Shipping policy

At COURT 01, all products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our fulfilment partner for production and delivery.

UK Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Orders are shipped using our standard delivery service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production, carrier delays, weekends and public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing

As our products are made to order, please allow time for your item to be produced before it is dispatched. Gelato states that delivery estimates include production and delivery, but delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to help.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. COURT 01 cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
